This K9 training campus for Pasco County Sheriff’s Office consisted of 3 separate buildings. The first was a 4,000 sq. ft. Indoor Training Office Building, comprised of several offices, a conference room, and a classroom. The second was a 4,000 sq. ft. Indoor Training Open Building, which consisted of open space for indoor dog training. The third was a 6,000 sq. ft Kennel Building, featuring office space, a grooming office and 48 kennel spaces.

The project included asphalt for 40 parking spaces, with ADA; a breakroom area with appliances; a secure reception area; a 40-person classroom; a conference room with 5 offices; a kennel area for short-term care, with a secure outside run area; and security cameras throughout.
