The Morris Bridge Filter Building was an extensive renovation project done for the City of Tampa Water Department. The purpose of the project was to improve the facility in order to better handle the needs of the growing New Tampa suburban area.

Work done on the project includes the demolishment of the old water treatment system and the refurbishment of existing filter building by replacing the roofs with a robust 3-ply SBS roof design, installing new exterior and overhead doors, and repainting the exteriors of the building.

This was done alongside implementing other general improvements to the land in the vicinity of the site such as minor HVAC/electrical work to all buildings and enhancements to the current storm drain systems.
