St. Petersburg’s first park features a performance stage area for concerts, a wilderness area, and public restrooms. Trias Construction renovated and upgraded the restroom facilities while the busy park remained open, presenting a unique planning challenge for our team.

Trias Construction was selected to complete the tear and renovation of the Williams Park Restrooms. The process required coordination with amphitheater re-work, PSTA, and the City of St. Petersburg local event staff for the protection of City assets through the duration of the project.
