The Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART) Unleaded Fuel Facility project consisted of the demolition and subsequent replacement of a bus diesel station at the Central HART Automobile Depot.

Trias Construction was tasked with installing a 12,000 gallon fuel tank, 2 new fuel pumps, and brand new overhead steel canopy. The entire structure was outfitted with a sophisticated chemical fire suppression system which interfaced with the existing depot fire detection system.

Other work done at the depot included restoring the old asphalt driveway with fresh concrete paving and replacing the floodlights in the vicinity of the structure with powerful 20,000 lumen LED Canopy lights.
