The Genesis Preparatory School project consisted of the installation of three portable classrooms on the existing 6 acre complex. The scope included furnishing and installing the portable classrooms with a connecting raised deck and awning. It also involved the installation of a new storm water drainage system with a detention pond with a masonry retaining wall, the outfitting of water and sanitary piping for the portable classrooms, and the installation of a new electrical service to the portable classrooms from the new transformer location to prepare for future use. 

Additionally, the project also included multiple other renovations to the lot such as a new fire drive aisle, additional parking areas, utility infrastructures, and a retention pond for future building expansions.
