The Sundance Fire Station #08 project included a renovation of the 3,000 sq. ft. existing structure as well as a 2,400 sq. ft. new addition. Tem Trias delivered this fire and rescue station, along with all associated on-site and off-site improvements, on time and under-budget for Hillsborough County.

Trias Construction was selected to complete all phases of the Hillsborough County Fire Stations project, which included Sundance Fire Station #8 and Carrollwood Fire Station #19. The two Fire Station were completed in the first half of 2016
